The lyrics of the song “Molly Malone” begin with the line, “In Dublin’s fair City, where the girls are so pretty, I first set my eyes on sweet Molly Malone” and are well-known not just in Ireland but all over the world.  Wheeling her Wheelbarrow through streets broad and narrow, crying “Cockles and Mussels, alive, alive O”.  Traditional, authentic and reminiscent of an Ireland full of character, charm and for serving a wide variety of fresh food.

With an authentic, hand-built traditional, wood-fired pizza oven, made by true Italian artisans they really do offer a real taste of Italy.  Their soft, airy and light dough made with double zero flour, infused with a smoky oak flavour is used for the base, before hand-crushed tomatoes and strips of fresh mozzarella, “For Di Latte” is placed on the top.
